SFA implementation for a large international Pharmaceutical company based in
Bangalore, India:
The assignment got initiated when we first presented our SFA product, STAR to
the top management. During the presentation, we discussed various areas where
we had powerful features - features not necessarily addressed by the company in
their manual system.
After the presentation, the company's Vice President - Pharma division, gave us
a mandate to
-
Study the company's existing reporting system
-
Map it on STAR's features
-
Recommend a revised reporting system and MIS that would best suit the company
We took up the challenge, since we have always believed that we provide total
solutions, not just software. We held a series of meetings with both the SFE (Sales
Force Effectiveness) team and the training team and worked on a
customization effort.
We evolved a new reporting system and a power packed MIS, in close coordination
with the company's highly professional teams in SFE and Training departments.
The resulting solution was well accepted in the field. We implemented phase 1
of the project as per agreed time lines.

STAR is the core of any of our many SFA implementations in Pharma companies.
However, it is flexible and can be customized.
Here is what one of our customers had to say about STAR...
| |
"At the outset, we appreciate the splendid work put in by your team and
yourself, which has resulted in successful implementation of the Sales Force
Automation project- Phase I meant for our Managers in the Pharmaceutical
Division".
"Your efforts in making this SFA application as well as, designing customized
reporting formats for us in coordination with our DRF team, have yielded
optimal results. Our objectives have been met and I am certain that the use of
your software solutions will enable better planning and monitoring of all field
activity leading to increased productivity".
