     Education:Any Graduate
     Location: Bangalore
     Experience: 2 to 3 years 

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have 36 to 60 months of hands-on experience in Software Development using Microsoft Technologies: ASP.NET, SQL Server,PL/SQL, Crystal Reports
• Should have excellent communication skills.

 2. Designation: Onsite Tech Support engineer

     Education:Any Graduate
     Location: Oman
     Experience: 5+ years 

Job Responsibilities:


Installation of Solaris Operating System, Oracle Database, and SmartTrust products.
·Testing of product functionalities in accordance with Third-party software principles and
Smart Trust product user acceptance test specifications.

• Operational support for all issues related to the customers use of the supplied system (software and hardware)
• Issues covering configuration (SmartTrust and Third Party Products)
• SIM card testing and importing
• System administration
• System housekeeping
• Patch testing and installation
• Management on trouble tickets with the Global Support Organisation of SmartTrust, including log file analysis,
• trouble ticket investigation and information gathering.
• Demonstrations of the system and functionality to the customer
• Manage technical aspects of any change requests
• Assist in on-site training

3. Designation: Software Test Engineer ( Automated Testing )

     Education:Any Graduate Computer Science
     Location: Oman
     Experience: 4+ years 

Job Responsibilities: Primary (Essential) Technical Skills:-

Mecrury Automated testing tools: -
- Quick Test Professional QTP,
- Load Runner with RTE and Java adapter
- Quality Centre (Test Director)
Strong knowledge of Testing methodologies.
Should have strong knowledge in J2ee technologies.
Knowledge on ASP and Oracle / MS SQL.

Soft / Behavioural Skills:-

Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
Minimum 4 years of experience in the software industry.
Confident, Responsible and high Initiative;
Strong business communication and customer interaction skills;
Strong in problem solving and quick in decision making;

4. Designation: Desktop Support Engineer

     Education:Diploma or Degree in I .T
     * Certification:MCSE, MCP
     Location: Oman
     Experience: 2-3 years 

Job Responsibilities:

1- Basic Hardware/ Trouble Shooting network
2- Installation of WIN XP and related
3- Attending Users for desktop support, e.g. Network issues, printer issues, basic server Administration like create users, backups etc.

5. Designation: Network Support Engineer

     Education:Bachelours Degree
     * Certification:MCSE/ CCNA
     Location: Oman
     Experience: 2-3 years 

Job Responsibilities:

1- Network performance Tuning
2- Administration Task/ Backups/ Server Management/ Instulation
3- WAN monitoring which includes: firewall/ routers/ ADSL / lease lines
4- ISA Security / exchange Server Administration.
