As a result of signing the Corporate Implementation partnership with Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. (OFSS), we are expanding our Flexcube practice aggressively. We are looking for people with following skill sets:

 1. Designation: Business Analyst

     Education:MBA(Finance)
     Location: Mumbai
     Experience: 6 months to 3 years  

     Job Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering, Requirements elicitation, Requirement Analysis, Preparation of understanding document and getting approval from client
  • Designing frameworks, Process advocacy / providing solution models to clients
  • Create / Update Business Requirements Document and prototypes

 2. Designation: : Testing Engineer-Flexcube

     Education:BE/MBA/MCA/MSc/ any Degree
     Location: Mumbai
     Experience: 2 to 3 years (minimum 1 years in banking projects) 
     Skill Set: Manual/ Automation Testing, Banking domain, Oracle, Pl/SQL, VSS, Java

     Job Responsibilities:

  • Involved in writing Functional and Regression test cases, Test Script Creation and Execution.
  • Performing Security Testing (Cross Site Scripting) of application.
  • Developing SQL Queries to query the database to get desired results from Back End for the Application.
  • Performing Defect Analysis activities for Incident issues of Enhancements and Production issues.
  • Performing primary level activities of testing like Reading Functional Specification /change requests documents, providing estimations of testing, Preparation of Test Scenarios and Test Plan.
  • Reporting of defect through Bugzilla/PVCS tracker found during testing for a project.

3. Designation: Sr.Testing Engineer/Team Lead-Flexcube- Loans/Lending

     Education:BE/MBA/MCA/MSc/ any Degree
     Location: Mumbai
     Experience: 4 to 8 years (minimum 4 years in banking projects) 
     Skill Set: Manual/ Automation Testing, Banking domain, Oracle, Pl/SQL, VSS, Java

     Job Responsibilities:


  • Understanding the Functional Specification document provided by the Client and doing the Test Planning
  • Involved in writing Functional and Regression test cases, Test Script Creation and Execution.
  • Preparing estimations and schedules, identifying scenarios, accomplishing Test case preparation and Test case execution.
  • Performing Security Testing (Cross Site Scripting) of application.
  • Developing SQL Queries to query the database to get desired results from Back End for the Application.
  • Guiding & mentoring team members with tips on testing and presentations of communication.
  • Taking the ownership and responsibilities to complete the task assigned with dedication and commitment.
  • Client Communication and Sending Project Status Report (PSR) to Client.
  • Performing Defect Analysis activities for Incident issues of Enhancements and Production issues.
  • Performing primary level activities of testing like Reading Functional Specification /change requests documents, providing estimations of testing, Preparation of Test Scenarios and Test Plan.
  • Reporting of defect through Bugzilla/PVCS tracker found during testing for a project.
  • Deployments of Releases related to Front end and Back end components of particular defects/enhancements in Testing environment.

4. Designation: Flexcube Implementation- Functional

     Education:BE/MBA/MCA/MSc
     Location: Bangalore/ Africa/ Asia Pacific
     Experience: 1.5 to 5 years (At least 1 year in Flexcube) 

     Job Responsibilities:


  • Functional Testing of new Releases and Implementation of the same in client sites
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Gathering User Requirements, Doing a Gap analysis and Handing over the requirements to the Development Team.
  • Bugs Reporting and Defect Tracking
  • Pre-migration, Implementation , and Post Migration Support
  • Post –go-live Handholding ,Troubleshooting and Hands-on-training support
  • Solving Post Migration issues
  • 1 week online end user training/Functional Support to branch employees on in Flexcube usage

5. Designation: Flexcube Implementation- Technical

     Education:BE/MBA/MCA/MSc
     Location: Bangalore/ Africa/ Asia Pacific
     Experience: 1.5 to 5 years (At least 1 year in Flexcube) 

     Job Responsibilities:


  • Providing client support including bug fixing.
  • Writing and debugging PL/SQL, SQL code & reports.
  • Handling version controlling, change management and release management.
  • Interacting with the client for requirement, analysis and domain specifications.
  • Attending CAB (Change Approval of Business) meeting for new implementation presentation, acceptance and testing.
  • Coding and testing different functionalities. Creating and maintaining reports using Oracle Reports 6i.
  • Providing client support including bug fixing during User Acceptance Testing at the client site.
  • Upgradation of the Software involved creation of stored procedures, Functions and triggers.
  • Deployment of the upgraded software version on to the Application Server present on the client side.

6. Designation: Application Support Executive-Flexcube

     Education:BE/MBA/MCA/MSc/ any Degree
     Location: Bangalore
     Experience: 1 to 5 years (At least 1 year in Flexcube) 

     Job Responsibilities:


  • Receive, log and dispatch or transfer Calls & handle any banking functional issues which needs immediate resolution.
  • Prioritise Calls in accordance with the Severity Codes
  • Maintain Call records with information on Calls, Call assignment (for example, Level 2, Level 3), Call status, Call resolution and Closure information
  • Send acknowledgement to user about logged call with helpdesk ticket number and its severity
  • Analyse the call and Resolve calls at first instance
  • Escalate unresolved calls to application / infra team
  • Understand, update and search in known error data base to recommend solutions
  • Generate call reports;
  • Adhere to defined documented helpdesk procedures;
  • Ability to manage demanding customers.
  • Running of EOD batch process in Production and non production environments as and when requested.
  • Pre EOD health Check in Production and non production environments
  • System and Application Health Check as per procedure
  • Creation and maintenance of Branch Setup, user ids
  • Execution of data request from client
  • Execution of Change Management process
