Current Openings

1. Designation - Functional consultants - Flexcube Implementation (Job code: FCI)

Any graduate with 3 to 4 years in banking or banking solutions. Out of this, at least 1 to 2 years of hands on experience on Flexcube Corporate (FCC) or FC-UBS. At least one project implementing FCC or FC UBS is required.

Role will involve extensive on site travel, and excellent growth opportunities. You will report to our Head-Banking Consulting. Positions are based in Bangalore and on site anywhere in the world.

2. Designation: Technical consultants - Implementation (Jobcode: TCI)

Need Engineers or MCA with 3+ years of experience. Should have knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle data base. Prior exposure of at least 1 year on Flexcube Corporate (FCC) is a must. If candidate has played a role in at least one implementation, it is an advantage. Those with less experience, but all on FCC, can also apply. Positions are based in Bangalore and on-site anywhere in the world.

3. Designation – Software Test Engineer (Flexcube) (Jobcode : STE)

Any graduate with 2-4 years of experience in FCC and FCR with testing skills, Knowledge in defining and executing Test cases, developing and maintaining Test scripts, Test Data. Knowledge in Manual Testing & Automation.

4. Designation: SAP ABAP Consultant (Jobcode : SABAP)

Any graduate with 4-6 years of experience and involved in developing custom tables, structures, search helps and to work on Enhancements. Will be involved working on reports,Creation of Classical reports, interactive reports, Development of reports using ABAP List Viewer. Data Transfer: Developed Batch Input programs (BDC) and LSMW for uploading of data into SAP system for various transactions. Layout Set: Modification of standard layout sets, Creation of new SAP Script and SMARTFORMS and Associated Program. Module Pool Programming: Developed Module Pool Program.

5. Designation: Testing Analyst/ Jr.Business Analyst (Freshers) (Jobcode : JBA)

MBA graduates with good academics from Finance background to work on Functional Testing of Core Banking Solution (Flex cube), Understanding banking (corporate, retail, investment) software, writing test plan & test cases. This is Techno Functional role- Applying finance/banking domain knowledge & doing functional testing of banking software.

Qualification: MBA (Finance) - full time/regular- should have completed their final exams. The university/college should be affiliated to AICTE / UGC 60% of aggregate percentage is a must all through the academics (SSLC, 12th/PUC, Graduation and MBA (59.99% also will not be considered) candidates below 60% will be sent back. Should have fair knowledge on Banking and very Good Communication.

6. Designation: Application Support Executive (Jobcode: ApSp)

Any graduate with 1 to 3 years in banking or banking solutions. Out of this, at least 1 year of hands on experience on application support for Flexcube product. Role will involve Analyzing and fixing business critical cases raised against various modules in co-ordination with the specific department. This involves a thorough investigation of the nature of the problem, followed by referring to the table structure of that particular table in Flex and recommending bug fix as and when required. Analyzing the user issues & accordingly highlighting to enhancement team.Handling day-to-day operations, End of day Cycle, and Beginning of day Cycle. Providing backend data to the end user. Positions are based in Bangalore.

7. Designation: Head-Financial Services Solutions Division (Jobcode: COC)

Any experience in excess of 6 to 7 years who has to take charge of all coordination with OFSS on Flexcube practice. Help develop new opportunities on Flexcube practice, with banks and SI s. Assist in response to RFP s. Internally, develop training programs on FC, for training our resources. Develop a team that can build assets in FC. Also guide the team. Interview candidates on FC and also other areas in financial services.

Skills Required: Strong in banking. Reasonable knowledge of Flexcube, either FCC or FC UBS. Good at communication-written and spoken. Outgoing person, with a desire to meet people. Preferably Finance and banking qualifications. Exposure to FCC or FC UBS functional.
