VSM is one of the fastest growing partners with Oracle Financial Services Software on Flexcube implementation services. Our strengths are:

• A fast growing base of technical and functional consultants.
• Capability to ramp up resources quickly, since we have a dedicated Flexcube Centre of competence
• Substantial prior experience

Some of the recent projects where we have played an active role are:

• FC UBS implementation for a multinational bank in China
• FC UBS implementation for a bank in Hong Kong
• Islamic banking implementation for a bank in Indonesia
• Offshore implementation support for a bank in Ukraine
• FC UBS upgrade projects in Africa

We can also assist banks in specific requirements in
• Acceptance testing

• Interfaces with ATM etc, if any additional work is needed to be done
• Developing new reports, both on BO and OBIEE
• Gap analysis prior to FC UBS roll out
• Project coordination

Application Support

VSM is perhaps the largest partner with both Oracle and IBM for application support services. Some of the prestigious projects where we are involved very actively are:

• Assisting OFSS global application support centre in functional analysis of reported issues. We have a    team of 15 functional consultants doing this role, on site at OFSS
• We play a large role in L1 support to Canara Bank, under the primary contract, which is with IBM
• We are actively engaged in off shore support to a bank in Africa

A large engagement for a East European bank is in the pipeline.

Testing

This has been one of VSM's strong areas of engagement in Flexcube. We have over 40 functional consultants on testing. Our consultants have a varied profile-ranging from test execution consultants (typically MBA s with 0-2 years experience), to test planners and test case designers (typically consultants with banking experience)

Some of the assignments that we are closely involved in are:

• Testing of specific releases to banks
• Testing of the core product-various versions and modules
• Testing of direct banking modules (FCDB)
• Testing of new generation products from OFSS

Flexcube Consulting Services:

We have experienced Flexcube technical and functional consultans. We have a large team of consultants at all levels. We can carry out outsourced work, and also provide staff augmentation on Flexcube to banks and system integrators.
