Bangalore based Pharma MNC pleased with VSM Secondary Sales
VSM’s foray into the capture and management of Secondary Sales data has met with instant success.
The first engagement, which started in July, has been a good experience. VSM’s client, who is a Bangalore based
Pharma major, is pleased with the results achieved.
“Our consistent follow up with stockists and C&F agents, very professional handling of
data capture, numerous controls and validations in the software application level, have all helped in
achieving tight time lines and data accuracy”, says Ms Savitha of VSM.
“Our role is more than data collection. In the last two months, aggressive and organized follow up with the
distribution chain, has ensured that we meet our tight time lines. We give the customer extensive analysis
