VSM worked on a project involving a complex process definition and work flow for ICICI Bank. We carried out the system study and high level design for this project in partnership with WIPRO Infotech. We assisted in planning and design of the solution including

• Implementation of Staffware (a workflow software) at the bank
• Re-engineering / Mapping process on work flow
• Extensive Rule Building Interfaces with Finnacle / NewGen
• Identified and automated 65+ processes
