Data migration and integration services

Online Tests

Performance Monitor
Performance of the Field Force is measured on 2 parameters - Sales and Non-Sales. Sales parameter is the measurement of sales achieved over the target set. Non-sales parameters include Call Average, Frequency Achieved, and Doctor Coverage etc. For a given period the medical representatives are rated on these parameters and graded accordingly. VSM's software enables the process to be as automated and smooth as possible.
Expense manager
One of the major grievances that a Medical Representative (MR) has is delayed reimbursement of their expenses. It takes nearly a month for the MR to get his reimbursement. This module captures the information on a daily basis and allows submission for every fortnight. Once the First Line Sales Manager approves the statement, the data flows to ERP and finally hits the bank portal for automatic payment. The entire payment process is completed in 3 to 4 days time giving substantial benefits to the Sales team.
