N.Krishnamurthy, the CEO, did his undergraduate degree in physics from the University of Bangalore and then a post-graduation in physics from University of Mysore. He graduated from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, - a Premier institute in Asia. He has had a brilliant academic career.

He has worked in senior positions in finance and general management in major corporations in India and abroad. In his last assignment in the UAE, he has headed a group of companies involved in trading and manufacturing. He is a hands-on executive, with a customer centric approach to IT implementation.


Swarna Dinkar, VP-Engineering has obtained a B.E. degree, with distinction, in Electronics from Bangalore University followed by an M.S Degree in Computer Sciences from New York University, USA. She has vast IT experience having worked for 14 years with the IBM T.J.Watson Research Centre at Yorktown Heights, N.Y. followed by 6 years of experience as a Program Manager in a Major IT services organization in India.

She has experience building large Offshore Development Centre's (ODCs) and has worked with clients from across several geographical areas. Having experienced both sides of the corporate world (As a client and as an IT service provider) and having worked in U.S as well as India, she is quite knowledgeable in managing outsourced projects.


R.Priya, Head-Global deliveries, is highly qualified and experienced techno functional manager, with a master's in computer applications as well as business management. She has several years of experience in handling complex projects, winning in numerous customer accolades for her commitment and drive to succeed on the projects she manages.
